Job Title: Strategy and Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Leadership:

1. • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

1. • Manage Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns.

1. • Work with a team in India to execute campaigns effectively.

1. 1. • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and platforms to ensure competitive strategies.

• Video Production and Marketing:

1. • Lead and guide video production projects from concept to execution.

1. • Plan, create, and distribute engaging video content across digital platforms.

1. • Optimize video content for SEO and platform-specific requirements.

• Finance App Development Expertise:

1. • Collaborate with software development teams to design and optimize finance-related applications.

1. • To shape app functionalities and provide insights into financial workflows, compliance, and market trends.

1. • Conduct market research to identify user needs and align app features with industry demands.

1. • Guide the team on best practices for integrating financial tools and analytics.

• Team Collaboration:

1. • Work closely with teams in Delhi and Ahmedabad, travelling as required to coordinate and oversee projects.

1. • Bridge the gap between technical, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• In-house Development Focus:

1. • Support conceptualising and developing proprietary finance apps for internal and client use.

1. • Ensure high usability, compliance, and performance standards in app design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Master’s Degree holders welcome to apply.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel overseas for business purposes.
• Hindi language skill will be a plus to liaise with Hindi speaking counterparts.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SMM, SEM, and SEO.
• Experience with video production and marketing.
• Strong understanding of finance and financial systems.
• Familiarity with app development processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to Delhi and Ahmedabad as required.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

• Experience working on finance-related applications or projects.
• Knowledge of popular digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Analytics tools).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to work across diverse projects and industries.
